Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye announced that it has signed a 100 million euro loan agreement with the European Investment Bank. According to the statement disclosed on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the loan will be used to finance renewable energy and energy efficiency investments. The loan agreement will be implemented under the repayment guarantee of the Republic of Türkiye’s Ministry of Treasury and Finance. In its disclosure to KAP, the bank stated: “A 100 million euro loan agreement has been signed between our Bank and the European Investment Bank (EIB), under the repayment guarantee of the Republic of Türkiye’s Ministry of Treasury and Finance, to be used for the financing of renewable energy and energy efficiency investments.”
