The Young AIMSAD Working Group, established by AIMSAD to bring together young representatives of the woodworking machinery industry on a common platform, has begun its activities. The distribution of duties on the Executive Board of the initiative, which aims to strengthen communication and cooperation among young professionals, was also determined at the second meeting held.

AIMSAD established the Young AIMSAD Working Group to bring together young representatives who will play an active role in the future of the industry. The working group, which brings together young professionals working at different member companies under a common structure, aims to improve sectoral communication, increase the sharing of knowledge and experience and pave the way for new collaborations. At the first meeting of Young AIMSAD, the purpose of establishing the working group, its areas of activity, working model and goals for the coming period were shared with the participants. At the same time, the members of the Executive Board that will coordinate the activities of Young AIMSAD were determined.

At the second meeting of the working group, the distribution of duties on the Executive Board was finalized. The meeting also evaluated activities that could be implemented within the scope of training programs, sectoral meetings, company visits, international relations, member communication and joint project work. Young AIMSAD is intended to operate not only as a communication network that brings together young industry representatives, but also as a sustainable structure that strengthens intergenerational knowledge transfer, supports professional development and contributes to young professionals taking on greater responsibility in the future of the industry.

President of AIMSAD Mustafa Sabri Erol emphasized that Young AIMSAD is not merely a networking platform, but an important structure for the future of the industry. Drawing attention to the importance of young representatives building stronger ties with their colleagues in different cities and companies, Erol stated: “We attach great importance to our young people getting to know one another, thinking together and developing joint projects. As AIMSAD, we will stand by them in every area, from training to sectoral collaborations. We believe that the ideas put forward by the younger generation will strengthen both the institutional structure of our association and the future of our industry. We believe that the experience gained within this structure will make an important contribution to our young people taking on greater responsibility in the industry in the years ahead.”
