Completing its branding process in 2022, the company has strengthened its market presence by developing new products, backed by over 18 years of industry experience. - How was the year 2024 for the woodworking machinery sector in general? What is your opinion for the first quarter of 2025?
The year 2024 was one in which the growth rate in the wood woodworking machinery sector slowed down, but despite the economic downturn, activities in the industry continued. The sales and marketing strategies of Far Eastern manufacturers once again highlighted the importance of efficiency-oriented economies of scale and reminded us that we can ensure continuity with this approach. As SİLOMA, we took pride in increasing our market share in both domestic and international markets while bringing exciting projects to life in 2024. We anticipate that the first quarter of 2025 will be a more stable period for our sector compared to 2024. We hope that economic fluctuations and uncertainties will partially subside and that unanswered questions will reach a certain level of clarity. With stabilization, we believe that our sector will achieve a stronger performance in both local and international markets.
- Can you provide information about your company’s production capacity and facilities?
Our company serves the industry with a production capacity of 2,500,000 m³/h filtration capacity. To further increase this capacity, we continue to expand our raw material and finished product storage areas. In particular, we aim to increase our monthly production volume of galvanized raw materials from 25,000 kilograms to 30,000 kilograms by 2025. Our facility is equipped to process electrostatically oven-painted and self-galvanized raw materials and is built on a total area of 11,000 square meters, including 7,500 square meters of enclosed space. As an environmentally conscious business, we operate a facility fully integrated with liquid and air waste filtration systems and in compliance with environmental waste regulations. As a company committed to creating dust-free industrial production environments in the woodworking sector, we apply the same approach in our own production facility. By integrating the latest technology and sustainable practices into our operations, we work to protect both human health and the environment, ensuring a safer and cleaner future.

- In which regions do you have dealerships?
Our dealership network spans a wide geographic area. We have strong business partnerships in the Balkans, the Middle East, North Africa, and Southern Africa. These dealerships enable us to respond quickly to local market demands while providing high-standard pre-sales and after-sales support to our customers. Our expanding dealership network allows us to reach more customers on a global scale and strengthens our leadership position in the industry. In the coming years, we aim to enhance our presence in these regions and expand into new markets.

- Can you provide information about your after-sales services? What investments and efforts are you making in this area?
After-sales service has become one of the most critical factors in ensuring a company’s preference and continuity in our industry. We recognize the essential role of after-sales services in ensuring that interdependent processes run smoothly and within defined timelines. With this awareness, our service team operates independently from our installation teams under the supervision of our project department, enabling them to deliver fast and effective solutions. This organizational structure ensures that our service team can promptly respond to customer requests and manage processes seamlessly. Understanding that every system requires periodic maintenance and servicing, we commit to ensuring that these tasks are carried out by competent professionals in a timely and accurate manner. Our after-sales services practices that are not only aimed at resolving issues but also ensuring the efficient and long-lasting operation of systems are meticulously implemented in all our projects. In this context, we continue to invest in after-sales services and constantly improve our processes to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen our reliability within the industry.

- Which fairs will your company attend in 2025?
In 2025, we plan to participate in two of the leading fairs in our industry. The first is Ligna – Hannover, one of the largest woodworking technology fairs in the world. This fair offers a significant opportunity to strengthen our presence in the global market and develop international collaborations. Secondly, as always, we will attend the WoodTech – Istanbul Fair to gauge the local market and solidify our strong position in the industry. At both fairs, we aim to showcase our innovative products and the solutions we offer to the sector, meeting with both domestic and foreign visitors.

- What are your company’s future goals? Can you share your short, medium, and long-term objectives?
At SİLOMA, we completed our branding process in 2022 and began developing solution-oriented products based on our 18+ years of experience and expertise in the industry. Rapidly evolving technology necessitates increased processing capacity in production and, consequently, the development of more efficient systems. In this context, we closely monitor industry needs and continue to create product groups that meet these demands. In the short term, we aim to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen our reliability in the industry through both pre-sales and after-sales services. In the medium term, our goal is to increase SİLOMA’s global brand awareness and participate in more international projects. To achieve this, we plan to consistently attend domestic and international trade fairs to reinforce our brand value. In the long term, we aim to integrate technological innovations into our production processes, maintain our industry leadership sustainably, and contribute further to the national economy. With its solution-driven approach and innovative vision, SİLOMA is making steady progress toward becoming a globally recognized brand in industrial dust collection systems.
