Dönüşüm 3.0 (Transformation 3.0), implemented by AIMSAD, aims to bring together under one roof the information and guidance that companies need in their transformation process, with content prepared within the framework of digital, green and administrative transformation headings, incentive guides and a consultancy structure. The project, which has been made accessible via donusum30.com, will offer businesses a system through which they can take concrete steps.
AIMSAD has implemented the Transformation 3.0 project, which it developed to accelerate the adaptation of the woodworking machinery sector to changing global competition conditions. The project, which addresses digitalization, sustainability and administration processes together, aims for the sector to move forward more prepared for the future. While Transformation 3.0 is structured under the headings of digital transformation, green transformation and administrative transformation, it has been handled within a framework that covers all processes of companies from production to administration.
Within the scope of the project, different subtopics were included under each heading. On the digital transformation side, topics such as data management, artificial intelligence and automation stand out; in green transformation, topics such as energy efficiency and sustainable production processes were addressed. Under the administrative transformation heading, content on strategic planning, institutionalization and decision-making processes was presented, guiding companies on the implementation side. A guiding system will be created with incentives and consultancy support
Within the scope of the project, incentive and support mechanisms that companies can benefit from were also included.
