“Associations Meeting” organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey & MENA was held in Istanbul. Shaped by Deutsche Messe AG’s global network and local expertise, the organization brought sectoral associations together on the same platform.
At the Associations Meeting organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey & MENA in Istanbul, Hannover Fairs Turkey & MENA team and sector representatives came together to evaluate current collaborations and discuss projects for the upcoming period.
AIMSAD Board Member and Secretary General Arif Onur Kaçak and Deputy Secretary General Sıla Acar participated in the organization, which drew attention to building a more holistic structure that supports companies’ access to international markets within the scope of projects carried out in Turkey, Germany, Asia and the MENA Region.
Presentations on domestic and international fairs
The meeting started with the opening speech of Mehtap Gürsoy, General Manager of Hannover Fairs Turkey & MENA, followed by presentations by Hannover Fairs Turkey & MENA project managers on domestic and international fairs. The meeting ended with a networking session where sector representatives exchanged views.
Increasing the international visibility of the sectors
During the meetings, evaluations were made on increasing the international visibility of the sectors, developing sustainable growth areas and creating new business opportunities. The meeting paved the way for productive contacts that will contribute to strengthening inter-sectoral cooperation.
