This year, All4Wood Fair, which started to be organized last year by Türkiye’s most important fair company Tüyap Tüm Fuarcılık was held in Poland, which is the largest furniture exporter in the European Union with furniture exports of 14 billion dollars. 13 AIMSAD member companies participated in the fair organized in Warsaw in May and introduced their products and services equipped with the latest technologies to Polish buyers during the fair.

All4Wood Fair, which set out with the aim of creating a new fair that directs the global market with the strength of its 35 years of experience in the woodworking machinery, mattress sub-industry, forest products and furniture sub-industry sectors, hosted its visitors in Poland, the rising star of Central Europe, in May. Poland, which has global importance in the woodworking machinery and furniture sectors and undertook the reconstruction of Ukraine after the Russia-Ukraine crisis, has a significant potential for Turkish machinery manufacturers.

AIMSAD, which participated in the All4Wood Fair with its 13 member companies, brought together industry professionals and business people, providing participants and visitors with the opportunity to establish valuable business connections, discover new opportunities and follow the developments in the sector closely, and promoted the Turkish woodworking machinery sector and its companies for three days.

“All4Wood Fair revealed the developments in Poland”

Sharing his evaluations about the All4Wood Fair, AIMSAD Secretary General Arif Onur Kaçak said: “The All4Wood Fair, held in Warsaw, Poland between 14-16 May 2024, was an important platform that brought together the woodworking, furniture and mattress sub-industry sectors. With the participation of many companies from Türkiye, the fair revealed the developments in Poland, which has become the furniture production center of Central and Eastern Europe. In recent years, Poland has attracted attention with the significant increase in furniture exports. This makes the country one of the most important furniture manufacturers in Europe. Naturally, the increasing production capacity also accelerates the woodworking machinery sector. Turkish woodworking machinery manufacturers began to gain an important place in the Polish market by following this development closely. As part of the fair, many Turkish companies introduced their latest technology products and solutions to Polish buyers.”

“Poland’s demand for Turkish machines will increase even more in the coming period”

Mentioning that Poland undertook the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war, AIMSAD Secretary General Arif Onur Kaçak said: “Poland has undertaken the reconstruction of Kiev and this process is of great importance as a part of Ukraine’s post-war recovery efforts. Poland will provide expertise in engineering, construction and urban planning for this project. Poland’s decision to rebuild Kiev offers important export opportunities for the furniture and machinery sectors. New furniture will be needed for reconstructed residences, offices and public buildings. This will increase Poland’s export volume in the furniture sector. We know that Turkish woodworking machines are currently actively used in many production facilities in Poland, and it is certain that the demand for our companies will gain upward momentum in the coming period.”
