“There is intense interest in Türkiye from all over the world”
Stating that the fair visitors showed great interest in Türkiye and Turkish machinery, AIMSAD Secretary General Arif Onur Kaçak gave the following information: “Italy’s advanced industrial infrastructure and demand for high technology offer great opportunities for Turkish machinery exporters. Our participation in the Xylexpo Fair plays an important role in promoting and representing the woodworking machinery industry in the international arena. At the fair, we met with visitors from European countries such as Italy, Spain, France and Germany, as well as serious machinery investors from countries such as Ghana and South Africa. Investors in this region demanded that Turkish machinery manufacturers definitely visit their country. They are very eager to get to know us and use our machines. In this context, in the coming period, we will come together with our member companies and carry out studies to determine new target markets.”
“Competitors are paying great attention to the Turkish woodworking machinery industry”
Sharing his evaluations about the Xylexpo Fair, AIMSAD Secretary General Arif Onur Kaçak said: “Italy is one of the strongest markets in the global arena for both the woodworking machinery industry and the furniture industry. Therefore, as AIMSAD, we attach importance to taking part in the Xylexpo Fair organized in this region. During the fair, we came together with important companies of the sector at our booth and had discussions about the work we could implement. In these interviews, we saw that the Turkish woodworking machinery industry is followed very carefully by its competitors. The successes our industry has achieved in a short time have received serious appreciation on a global scale. Not only the quality of the machines produced, but also our success in after-sales services distinguishes us from our competitors. Of course, seeing this success of the Turkish woodworking machinery industry makes us very happy.”
